A lifelong learner and experienced product leader with a passion for people and psychology.
For almost two decades I have been delivering valuable products and projects in many industries, motivated by curiosity and an intrinsic need to always learn more.
Working with large companies like LogMeIn or 1&1, I experienced the complexity challenge; in start-ups and scaling-up companies, I better understood the growth challenge.
I believe that product people are responsible for bringing ethical products to life that solve real problems. Achieving this depends on creating an efficient work environment based on respect, emotional safety, and a feedback culture.
My mission is to enable teams to develop a product mindset, gain clarity, and deliver value to users and stakeholders.

How I can support you
Interim Product Manager
You need an experienced PM to hit the ground running while you are looking to fill your position or during maternity leave? Perfect. This is when I usually pick up the work and start delivering value in a matter of days.
I can support you with product vision and strategy definition, discovery work for new features the team is considering adding to the product, and agile delivery.
Working with one or multiple scrum teams at the same time is what I do best. I love supporting my teams to improve their working practices, develop a value-driven mindset, and ultimately, have more fun in the process.

As part of a 1-2 days assignment, we will look at your current As-Is state, performing a diagnostic of your existing strengths & weaknesses, vision & mission, position in the market, and your competitors‘ analysis.
Next, I will support you in formulating your central hypothesis about the main challenges you need to tackle next and how you think you can get there.
Finally, we will see your guiding principles and what you need to say ’no‘ to, in order to reach your desired To-Be state.
